RESOLVED THAT” pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company, and in furtherance of the charitable, educational, vocational, skill development, social welfare, youth empowerment, livelihood promotion, and public benefit objectives of the Company, consent of the Board of Directors be and is hereby accorded for the establishment, operation, promotion, administration and management of an autonomous educational and vocational institution under the name and style of:
“KASHMIR INSTITUTE OF VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGY (NIVST)” under the aegis, ownership, governance and administrative control of HUSSAINI MOULAI FOUNDATION, for the purpose of imparting vocational education, technical education, skill development, employability enhancement, entrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion, digital literacy, career counselling, educational support, training, research, community development and allied educational activities in India and abroad, strictly on a not-for-profit basis in accordance with the objects of the Company.
